Abstract

Three important congenital or developmentaldisorders affect the shoulder. Congenital pseud- arthrosis of the clavicle is discussed at length, followed by congenital undescended scapula, or Sprengel deformity. A similar section focusing on glenohumeral dysplasia follows. The typical presentation, etiology, pathology, treatment, and imaging are discussed.
