Abstract
Bronchial carcinoid tumors are unusual primary pulmonary neoplasms that typically present with signs and symptoms of central airway obstruction. Although usually considered palliative, endoscopic laser resection of carcinoid tumors can offer increased safety during biopsy and rapid and effective resection as a bridge to other treatments in a multimodal approach to this disease.
