Abstract
Recent surgical advances have made possible a variety of options in reconstruction of the lower urinary tract. This review will highlight recent work in the field of lower urinary tract reconstruction and attempt to give a better understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of continent cutaneous diversions, orthotopic neobladders, and rectal bladders.
