Abstract
Inversion of the uterus is an uncommon event that usually occurs as a postapartum complication. Complete uterine inversion may be a devastating process resulting in shock and death. We describe the sonographic findings of a case of partial uterine inversion that progressed to complete inversion of the uterus. We believe the sonographic features of this case are fairly specific for uterine inversion.
