Abstract

The latest advances in solid phase organic reactions and its analytical techniques were reviewed in this paper. The solid phase organic reactions included substitution, condensation, cycloaddition and oxidation - reduction, and the analytical strategies included FTIR and MAS NMR methods, which were used to monitor solid phase reactions and determine the structures of resin - bound compounds.
