Abstract

Abdominal computed tomography represents a key diagnostic modality in the evaluation of infrarenal aortic aneurysms. Using a customized CT technique, treatment of the aneurysm with a stent graft implant can be planned in great detail. After stent graft implantation, computed tomography is an important tool to exclude stent graft leakage, which is the most common complication.
