Abstract

Central venous anatomy is an important aspect in complex congenital cardiac malformations. As an alternative to conventional angiographic imaging, contrast enhanced computed tomography can depict venous collateral flow patterns in detail. Such collaterals may comprise pectoral, scapular, and azygos vein flow patterns.
