Multivariate optical computing for biological samples using a digital micromirror device

Abstract

We have developed a spectrometer incorporating a digital micromirror device as a multivariate optical computer. The computer can report quantitative concentrations of component spectra with an SNR advantage compared to traditional CCD-based systems.
