Abstract

The recognition of fetal abnormalities is becoming more frequent with advancing sonographic technology and image resolution. This recognition is vital in planning prenatal and postnatal therapy to avoid perinatal complications and ensure optimal care. We present the sonographic features and management of a case of prenatal detection of fetal mesoblastic nephroma.
