N2 - The Ne K-shell fluorescence yields ωi have been measured for single K-shell and ith degree L-shell ionization. For O5+ bombardment ωi × 100 = 1.8, 1.9, 2.2, 3.1, 5.4, 9.9, and 16.1 for i = 0 to 6, respectively. For the higher charge states ωi is measured to be up to 2 times larger than the theoretical prediction.
