Abstract
Management options in complex neurologic urinary incontinence can only be used effectively by an understanding of the vesicourethral dysfunction and with knowledge of the patgient's overall neurologic, mental, and social status. Several modalities are available to allow the neurologically impaired patient to be continent. This chapter discusses these options and their specific indications.
