Abstract
A case of malrotation of the midgut and adult polycystic kidney disease is reported. The patient had a stillborn son who had congenital heart disease and adult type of polycystic kidney disease. These findings support the notion that cystic disease of the kidney, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular anomalies are genetically linked.
