Malignant autonomic nerve tumor of the duodenum

Abstract

GAN tumors are rare and their diagnosis and distiction from other gastrointestinal stromal tumors is based on electron microscopy findings. Although no specific distinctive diagnostic imaging features are seem this diagnosis should be considered when a large solid mass adjacent to a bowel loop shows the presence of air.
