Abstract
Idiopathic periosteal hyperostosis with dysproteinemia has been recognized as a separate entity since its description by Goldbloom and colleagues in 1966. Very few cases have been reported to date, and the radiologic literature is very scantly regarding this syndrome. This article reviews the entity and illustrates it with our own example.
