Identification of a putative regulatory gene of cotyledon development in Arabidopsis thaliana germinating seeds

Abstract

Identification of the basic tissue specific regulators is one of central problems of genetics. It is reported that the protein-coding gene, in mutant of model vegetable genetic object with violations of early evolution of plantules is damaged. Protein domain organization assumes that one is F-box-containing transcription factor. It is ascertained that the insertion mutation, inducing cotyledon necrosis upon evolution of A. thaliana plantules, localizes in the coding region of Atlg12860 gene of the left shoulder of primary chromosome.
