Abstract

High speed, ultrahigh resolution OCT imaging using spectral/Fourier detection enables ∼2 um axial resolution and ∼25,000 axial scans/second, ∼5x finer and >50x faster than standard OCT. Three dimensional OCT imaging, rendering and mapping are possible.
