Field-portable lensless holographic microscope using pixel super-resolution

Abstract

We report a portable lensless holographic microscope utilizing pixel super-resolution to achieve <1μm resolution and 24mm2 field-of-view. The performance of this light-weight (95g) microscope is validated by imaging malaria parasites in blood-smears.
