Abstract

A report on the experimental determination of the boundary condition for diffuse photons in a homogeneous turbid medium was presented. A simple experimental method that enabled to measure the extrapolated end point was also presented. The diffuse photon density in the interior of a turbid medium was governed by the diffusion equation and satisfied an appropriate boundary condition.
