Abstract
A straightforward method to estimate the efficiency of ensemble quantum computing using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is presented by defining a quantum computing efficiency factor (QCε). This method allows critical evaluation of the performance of quantum gates and algorithms and provides a way to design efficient quantum computer.
