Abstract
Pancreaticobiliary disorders encompass a large and costly group of benign and malignant conditions, some of which can lead to life-threatening emergencies. For several decades, gastrointestinal endoscopy has continued to emerge as an important modality in the diagnosis and treatment of various pancreaticobiliary conditions and, in some emergent disorders, its role is well established. Herein, the endoscopic management of common pancreaticobiliary emergencies is outlined.
