Translated title of the contribution: Coronary artery imaging with eight-slice helical CT

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

The introduction of multislice helical computed tomography has allowed for noninvasive imaging of the coronary arteries. One important limitation of this method, however, remained examination times of some 40 s in many instances. With the introduction of eightslice CT systems, the entire coronary artery system can now be depicted with high spatial resolution during a single breath hold.
