Abstract
Of all the vasculitides, Churg-Strauss Syndrome (CSS) is one of the least common. Though regarded as an ANCA-Associated vasculitis, serologies may be negative in a high proportion of patients. As a systemic disorder, disease presentation may be highly variable. Here we discuss two challenging cases of CSS.
