Abstract
Sonography of the scrotum is the primary imaging modality for evaluating testicular tumors because of its high accuracy in differentiating cystic from solid and intratesticular from extratesticular lesions. Given the wide differential of scrotal masses, the variability in therapeutic approaches, and the morbidity associated with orchiectomy, accurate assessment by sonography is essential. We report an unusual case of benign testicular lobulation diagnosed on the basis of sonography in a patient with a testicular mass.
