Abstract
Percutaneous nephropyelostomy is an accepted method for relieving obstruction of the upper urinary tract. We report a case of massive renal hemorrhage following removal of the percutaneous nephropyelostomy catheter. Treatment with angioinfarction of the bleeding branch of the renal artery was successful.
