To the Editor: We have just noted that we inadvertently omitted several details from the Methods section of our report on antibodies to oligodendroglia in multiple sclerosis.* In the section describing “Indirect Immunofluorescence” we wish to add the following sentences: Oligodendroglia in suspension were kept at 4°C for 30 minutes for each incubation, with antiserum or fluorescein-conjugated antiserum; acetone-fixed white-matter sections were incubated at 37°C. Suspended oligodendrocytes were washed in minimum essential medium, acetone-fixed sections were washed in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.8). No extract is available for articles shorter than 400 words.
