Abstract
A procedure for the study of in-travascular granulocyte kinetics in the bovine utilizing chromium-51 as a cell label is described. The high degree of purity of labeled, serially isolated granulocyte fractions allows an accurate assessment of the various kinetic parameters. The procedure is applicable to the developing bovine and may be of particular importance in the evaluation of granulokinetic parameters in the critical neonatal period.
